Good, but different.

I'd never had Krakowska before and wanted to try it. It tastes good. very good.
Probably because it's Krakowska, but compared to regular kielbasa, it was a little drier and a little tougher. I suspect this is what Krakowska is supposed to be, because it's leaner, but be aware if you've never had it. The flavor was really good though.
Everything else was perfection - quick shipping, packaged really well and kept nice and cold.

Very delicious, prompt shipping

This reminds me of the sausage we used to have in Chicago years ago. The sausage has wonderful flavor. The sausage was shipped promptly and arrived within several days even during the busy Christmas season. It was well packaged.
