Shipping

We package your kielbasa in a specialized insulated box with gel packs. We can ship to virtually any address in the country.  We do not ship outside of the USA. Please note we do everything in our power to insure you receive our products in the best condition possible.  Due to the perishable nature of our products, we schedule the date they leave our facility to avoid delivery issues.  Most orders are shipped from our facility on Monday’s, Tuesday’s, and Wednesday’s.  Packages generally arrive Tuesday’s through Friday’s. While we have experienced most of our packages arriving within three days, UPS allows their company up to five days to deliver.  This makes it difficult to guarantee or control, so please plan enough in advance to have your package arrive when needed. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or credits for any issues beyond our control due to delivery delays resulting from weather, shipping issues or acts of God.  Thank you for your understanding.
