When we set out to create this product, our goal was to offer a cleaner, healthier alternative to traditional kielbasa. That meant reducing fats and salt—ingredients that often define the flavor profile of classic Polish Kielbasa. While these elements are popular for their taste, we made the decision to prioritize health and dietary needs, resulting in a different kielbasa experience.

Many of our customers choose our Turkey Kielbasa for health-conscious reasons or because they follow pork-free diets for religious or personal beliefs. We worked through over a year of R&D to strike the right balance between health and flavor, and while we’re proud of the result, your feedback reminds us there’s always room to improve.

In the meantime, some customers have found our Turkey Kielbasa works well as an ingredient in one-dish meals like jambalaya or paella, where other flavors help round out the experience.

Given the goals and restraints, we needed to make slight adjustments to our original recipe in order to reach certain metrics.
