We loved the kielbasa. It was a hit at Easter. Way better than the grocery store products. It shipped fast and arrived on time. We will certainly order again!

Excellent product. Well-made. I particularly like the fact there are no large pieces of fat, or gristle, in the product--very consistent and very flavorful. Unlike major store brands which are more like hot dogs.
Would love to see a fresh kielbasa as it is not widely available--you would surely do a great job if you made it.

Perfect Easter Breakfast

The kielbasa arrived on time and in great condition. Because we are a family of two, we froze all but one package for future meals. The kielbasa had the perfect amount of garlic and seasonings. Nothing we have been able to find in North Carolina compares. Now if we could just find some rye bread to go with it.

Not worth the upcharge

It’s no better than anything in the grocery stores. A tough casing and a predictable filling. I expected better.

Our kielbasa is made using only the finest cuts of meat with no fillers, and we use a traditional coarse grind and natural casing that reflects the old-world style. Most national brands are finely ground and heavily processed, more similar to a hot dog than authentic kielbasa. We encourage you to compare ingredient lists for a better understanding of what sets ours apart.
