Our closely guarded recipe, a legacy from Polish Butcher Louis Konopelski in the 1900s, ensures a harmonious blend of garlic and assorted spices.

Elevated by a storied heritage, our Turkey Kielbasa stands as a symbol of authenticity and tradition, while its roots are based on our century-old recipe, we have formulated a kielbasa for the new generation of consumers looking for a healthier option.  What truly distinguishes it is an unwavering commitment to quality featuring the elimination of nitrates or nitrites, crafted from antibiotics-free turkey, MSG-free, gluten-free, pork-free, reduced sodium and featuring an impressive 10g protein/90 calories per serving!

Excellent/Lean Turkey Kielbasa

Originally saw Konopelski offered on QVC and after listening to the rep's description of it as a "clean" product, placed an order. Delicious, lean, and appreciate no questionable and/or unhealthy additives or ingredients are incorporated in the making of the Turkey Kielbasa. Since our first QVC order, we've re-ordered several times. My only suggestion to Konopelski is to have cooking directions printed on the package. I had to go on their web site for their preferred cooking suggestions. Because of the natural casing, I only poach the Kielbasa for 2 or 3 minutes - no boiling - so as to not cause the casing to toughen. Before ordering the Turkey Kielbasa, we rarely ate kielbasa because of the pork/fat/nitrates used in the making of traditional kielbasa. This is a great substitute that is healthier.

Disappointed

Just tasted the turkey kielbo and did not care for it. For me, it doesn't have the outstanding flavor of the regular kielbo. It's certainly possible that the turkey kind is supposed to taste the way it does so apologies for my naiveté.
Spices are different than the regular kielbo and there is a bit of an odd aftertaste--again just my opinion. I did appreciate the free shipping offer as it gave me an incentive to try it. Shipping to AZ is expensive. I'll be sticking with the regular kielbo for future orders.

Given the goals and restraints, we needed to make slight adjustments to our original recipe in order to reach certain metrics. Turkey Kielbasa - A+

I have purchased both the regular and now the turkey kielbasa. As I am of Polish descent, I always thought that turkey kielbasa was sacrilegious! I must say this turkey kielbasa is absolutely delicious and I think I like it better than normal kielbasa. I will most definitely buy this again!!

Very good product!!!

I ordered at Christmas for my family and they raved about it so much I had to order again for myself. I just finished cooking up a huge batch with peppers and onions. It was delicious!!! Will order again!
