I’ve been eating kielbasa all my life, I’m 79 and remember dzia dzia and babcia, mom and my aunts making kielbasa. Hand grinder, using the larger plates/ holes , giving a larger grind, soaking the hog casings in salt water , mixing , seasoning, then filling the casings after the mixture sat refrigerated for two days . The sausage was smoked in the backyard using apple, and some cherry. Till today the best I’ve ever tasted, your kielbasa is delicious, not greasy, not over smoked although I still prefer for natural hog casings. We will be ordering more from you . I bought this keilbasa for my husband for Christmas. He grew up in upstate New Jersey/Pennsylvania and always had fresh made kielbasa for the Christmas season.
